Pilot Officer Syed Khan is a SPARTAN-IV of the United Nations Space Command and one of the crew working in the Anvil Initiative aboard Anvil Station. He is a pilot of one of the Elsedda-pattern Banshees of the station's Harmony Wing, alongside Natalie Kenzo, Yshi 'Nbara, and Vran 'Mkoth, and operates under the callsign Harmony One.[1]
At 1300 on March 3, 2560, Harmony Wing, under Khan's leadership, were deployed from Anvil Station to conduct a mission. Later on in the day, they joined Amity and Sympathy Wings aboard the command frigate Sword of Conjunction to respond to a distress signal sent out by the Avery J. Johnson Academy of Military Science on Nysa.[1] During the ensuing battle of Nysa, all three wings were used to harass Banished forces and provide cover for the frigate UNSC Fearful Symmetry's insertion onto the world.[2]
