Excavators are a classification of Strato-Sentinel. Alongside Assembler Sentinels, Excavators work inside the foundry of Installation 00 to prepare and manufacture Halo ringworlds. Excavators and Assemblers were used en masse to construct Installation 08 in 2552.[1][2]
