Pelican 653 was a D79-TC Pelican of the UNSC Air Force attached to the UNSC Infinity. It was piloted by Ryan Frank.
Background[edit]
Pelican 653 was deployed from Infinity during the conflict on the Forerunner shield world Requiem in February 2558. After Fireteam Crimson's search for Spartan Gabriel Thorne in the area designated "Quarry" was unsuccessful, Spartan Robert Dalton ordered Frank to extract them. Shortly after arriving, however, Pelican 653 was destroyed by Covenant reinforcements and Frank was killed.[2]
