Fear the Pink Mist is a Halo 3 Achievement represented by a red circle with a Type-33 GML Needler and five hearts surrounding the weapon. It is awarded for killing 5 enemies with a Type-33 Guided Munitions Launcher, also known as the Needler, in a ranked or free-for-all match or Campaign. The name of the achievement is a reference to the large pink explosion that occurs when needler projectiles detonate on a target as well as the pink ray of Needler projectiles.
Acquirement
This achievement may be acquired easily in the campaign level Sierra 117. At the river area, it is easy to kill the Brutes and Grunts repeatedly with a Needler.
