Phantom Hunter is an achievement in Halo: The Master Chief Collection. It is obtained by destroying three Phantoms on the level The Covenant.

This count is cumulative across restarts. In other words, the same Phantom can be killed repeatedly to unlock the achievement. The simplest method is to start the level from Rally Point Bravo, board a Hornet, then proceed to destroy the Phantom above the small island immediately ahead. Then reload from the last checkpoint and repeat twice.
