Halo: The Master Chief Collection

Missing Link is an achievement in Halo: The Master Chief Collection. It is obtained by finding the first Caveman on the level Sierra 117. The achievement is worth 5 Gamerscore.

The first Caveman can be found in the area where Sergeant Johnson's Pelican is shot down. Across the water, above and to the right where a Kig-Yar Sniper will spawn on Heroic and Legendary difficulties, the first Caveman can be seen sitting in a tree.

When you enter the area, you will see three concrete enclosures, the second of which has a pressure valve inside and a ladder outside. Climb the ladder and look directly across the water. Your reticle should be between two trees. The Caveman is in the V-shaped tree to the left, below the foliage the top left of the V.

Unlike the other Cavemen, there is no way to reach him. Zooming in on the Caveman with a battle rifle (repeatedly if necessary) will unlock the achievement.
