Cairo Station is an achievement in Halo 2 for Windows Vista, and Halo: The Master Chief Collection.

In Halo 2 Vista the artwork of the achievement is the face of a Grunt. It is worth 30 Gamerscore and is unlocked by beating Cairo Station on Normal, Heroic, or Legendary.

In Halo: The Master Chief Collection the artwork of the achievement is represented by a screenshot of Cairo Station. It is only worth 10 Gamerscore, and unlocks the Master Chief 2 avatar. This achievement can be unlocked on any difficulty. Obtaining this achievement will also unlock the GEN1 Mark VI (Scarred) armor and helmet in Halo 5: Guardians.
