Spartan Officer

Spartan Officer is a Halo 3 Multiplayer Achievement. It is earned when you advance to the rank of Lieutenant, Grade 1 (Gain 70 experience and a skill level of at least 10) on Xbox Live. This Achievement gives 25 Gamerpoints to the player. It is said by a few players that they got the achievement at the same time as the Vidmaster Challenge: 7 on 7 Achievement and it didn't go through. If this happens, read the note below.
It is represented by a gold plate with an eagle holding 3 black arrows and a black thunderbolt.
It unlocks the Rogue Helmet for multiplayer use.
Note: If you have achieved the Spartan Officer Badge and haven't got the achievement, you can still obtain the achievement by getting a lieutenant rank in any of the new playlist-specific ranking systems.
