Sheila-065[1] was a SPARTAN-II supersoldier. Dr. Catherine Halsey witnessed her death at the hands of Thel 'Lodamee during the Battle of Miridem in 2544.[2][3]
Biography
In 2517, Sheila was abducted and conscripted into the SPARTAN-II program. She was taken to the colony world of Reach where she and the other Spartans were trained by the AI Déjà and Chief Petty Officer Mendez for many years. In 2525, she survived the subsequent augmentation procedures.
In 2544, Sheila was with Dr. Halsey on Miridem when it came under assault by Covenant forces. Acting as Halsey's bodyguard, Sheila was escorting Halsey to an extraction site when she was killed by Sangheili Major 'Lodamee. Halsey witnessed her death but managed to get onto an evacuation craft and escape the planet. Having seen Sheila's determination to ensure the safety of a single human civilian, 'Lodamee concluded that Halsey was some sort of military asset and later captured her.[4]
