Sinoviet Heavy Machinery is a Human company based on Earth[1] and Reach.[2]

Background

They did shipping work in and around the city of Voi, Kenya in Africa. SINOVIET also created road vehicles for civilian use, most notably, the Sinoviet HM 1220 LTUV-M. In addition, Sinoviet had a ship disassembling facility on the planet Reach, which became the final resting place for the UNSC Commonwealth among many other ships. This facility also became a battlefield during the Battle of Reach.[2]
