Pelican 653 was a D79-TC Pelican of the UNSC Air Force attached to the UNSC Infinity. It was piloted by Airman Ryan Frank.
Background
Pelican 653 was deployed from Infinity during the second conflict on the Forerunner shield world Requiem in February 2558. After Fireteam Crimson's search for Gabriel Thorne in the area designated "Quarry" was unsuccessful, Robert Dalton ordered 653 to extract them. Shortly after arriving however, 653 was destroyed by Covenant reinforcements.[2]
