Request for adminship: Blemo
Submitted: April 7th, 2008, by CommanderTony
Result: Closed by nominee

NOTICE: I would like to cancel my RfA, because of two main reasons: First, like many of the users that voted against me, I did not feel that I was ready to take on the role of administrator. I felt that everything went by too prematurely and I felt that this was a huge step for me. And secondly, I seem to be losing touch with the Halopedia community off of work, school, etc. Thanks for those of you who voted, --Blemo File:Progress Wheel.gif]] TALK • CONTRIBUTIONS • EMAIL • MESSAGE 05:33, 19 June 2008 (UTC)

Blemo would like to remind everyone that this RfA is not a "popularity vote", but rather a "community vote". Please do not vote only because you either know me, or are just friends with me. Thank you. --File:General.png|25px]] Blemo File:Progress Wheel.gif]] TALK • CONTRIBUTIONS • EMAIL • MESSAGE 04:19, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

Nomination

I, CommanderTony, nominate Blemo for adminship of Halopedia.
Nominee, please accept or defer the above nomination below this line.

I, Blemo, gladly accept this nomination with full confidence. --Image:Lieutenant General.jpg|25px Blemo File:Progress Wheel.gif]] TALK • CONTRIBUTIONS • EMAIL • MESSAGE 04:46, 7 April 2008 (UTC)

Reason for nomination

Blemo has shown that he can do outstanding and great work for Halopedia and it's members. He is also a very popular Halopedian who seems to enjoy socializing with fellow Veteran Halopedians, and Junior members alike. I think he can be both an asset to the Administration and Halopedia.

Support.svg Support -- Not only is he a great Halopedian with many contribs, the entire mood of the IRC is different with him. He is the perfect personality for an admin. Not to mention that I feel that Blemo and CommanderTony coordinating together could do wonders for Halopedia and its culture. Pryo' Zarkum 03:58, 7 April 2008 (UTC)

Support.svg Support -- I will support my friend. He's been in Halopedia long enough and I have seen him made contributions that even some of the admins are pleased. Dark Neptune 04:04, 7 April 2008 (UTC)

Support.svg Support -- Blemo should be an Admin: He works hard, socialize with newcomers and he has a very good sense of humor, something I've never seen on other admins (I'm not trying to offend anyone, but Blemo has proven it). Blemo is what Halopedia needs: a working, friendly guy that make things get done...for good. Daniel 019 File:Before.JPG|35px]] My TalkMy Work 04:22, 7 April 2008 (UTC)

Support.svg Support -- In order to become Admin, he must be ready to constantly moniter Halopedia. However, I cannot find any reason Blemo shouldn't be Administrator. LovemuffinUserWiki:Lovemuffin|Wiki Userpage]]Talk PageContributionsFile:Dancing_master_chief.gif|30px]] 04:26, 7 April 2008 (UTC)

Support.svg Support Blemo is an extremely active Halopedian. He has done many great deeds and contributions that heavily impact our community and he is very friendly to all. Many of us wouldn't know what to do without him. Granting him "a few more buttons" would be an excellent choice.
