The Zombie Killing Spree Medal is awarded for killing 5 zombies in a row without dying. It is available in all Multiplayer Infection gametypes. It is represented by a silver medal with a zombie head. When someone gets this medal the announcer will shout "Zombie Killing Spree!" to the player that received this medal. This medal will show up in an infection game instead of a Killing Spree Medal, rather than appearing with it like the Splatter Spree Medal.
