Minnesota is a governmental territory that is part of the United Republic of North America. It is considered a political remnant of the United States of America.

Minnesota is located in the midwestern portion of extremity of the URNA. The Governor of the Outer Colony of Harvest in 2525, Nils Thune, was originally from Minnesota.
