The Ministry of Sacral Assembly was a ministerial organization that was part of the Covenant Empire. Little is known about it, other then the fact that it's Vice Minister during the Third Age of Discovery assisted in designing and overseeing the construction of the CAS-class assault carrier Shadow of Intent.[1]
