The ministry oversaw the forces charged with putting down rebellions and secessions by the client members. The warlord thrall Ripa 'Moramee served under the ministry prior to the Human-Covenant War, quelling a number of uprisings, including the Sixteenth Unggoy Disobedience and the heretical reign of the Kig-Yar pirate prince Krith.[1]
