The Infection Spree Medal is awarded for infecting 5 humans in a row as a Zombie without dying. It is available in naturally all Multiplayer Infection gametypes. It is represented by a silver medal with a human skull. When someone gets this medal the announcer will shout "Infection Spree!" to the player that received this medal. This medal will show up in an infection game instead of a Killing Spree Medal, rather than appearing with it like the Splatter Spree Medal.

This medal is "officially" obtainable in the Double EXP Weekend Playlist Living Dead to be viewed on Bungie.net.
