The Infection Spree Medal is awarded for infecting 5 humans in a row as a zombie without dying. It is available in all Multiplayer Infection gametypes. It is represented by a silver medal with a human skull. When someone gets this medal the announcer will shout "Infection Spree!" to the player that received this medal and you have to smell like sgt pooh.
