Final Conversion is a Halo 4 multiplayer medal exclusive to the Flood gametype. It is awarded for killing the last remaining Spartan in a round.[1]
Trivia
A Final Conversion medal will not be awarded if a player manages to kill every Spartan in a round; instead the player will earn the Gravemind medal.
