In 2544,[2] Arthur participated in an operation to retrieve Dr. Halsey, who had been captured during the Battle of Miridem from the Covenant's Third Fleet of Glorious Consequence, along with Solomon-069, Kelly-087, Frederic-104, and John-117. Operating an OF-92/EVA Booster Frame in an attempt to infiltrate the Covenant flagship, Resplendent Fervor, he was crushed between two CCS-class Battlecruisers while providing cover for Kelly, whose own booster frame had been damaged. Presumably, Arthur was listed as missing in action in accordance with ONI Directive 930.[1]
