Fear the Pink Mist is a Halo 3 Achievement. It is awarded for killing 5 enemies with a Type-33 Guided Munitions Launcher, also known as the Needler, in a ranked or free-for-all match or Campaign.
It is represented by a red circle with a Type-33 GML Needler and five hearts surrounding the weapon.
The name of the achievement is a reference to the large pink explosion that occurs when needler projectiles detonate on a target.
This achievement may be acquired easily in the campaign level Sierra 117. At the river area, it is easy to kill the Brutes and Grunts repeatedly with a Needler. Another good area to get this achievement is the Yanme'e attack on The Storm. If you kill one of the Drones holding a Type-33 GML, you can quite easily shower the remaining Drones with the projectiles.
