The Sentinel Beam is a weapon that was first made usable in Halo 2. This page focuses on the original Halo 2 game and the campaign of Anniversary. Information on the Sentinel Beam found in the multiplayer component of Halo 2: Anniversary can be found here.

Universe and lore[edit]

Main article: Sentinel beam

Sentinel Beams are sterilization weapons used by the eponymous Sentinels for Flood containment. In Halo 2 and Halo 2: Anniversary, standard Sentinels Beam fire an orange beam, opposed to the Eliminator Beam used by Gold Sentinels that fires a blue beam.
