Forge objects in Halo 3/Spawners

For many of these objects a specific game type must be selected under "Change game type" in the Forge pause menu before they will appear in the item menu.

  The limit is per game type as selected from the pause menu in Forge. For instance, there may be 20 of these under Capture the Flag and another 20 under Slayer. Not available for Juggernaut.
