'Putumee was ordered to ambush the [[humans]] as they drove convoys, from the crashed [[UNSC]] Cruiser {{UNSCship|Pillar of Autumn}}, to Alpha Base. He set up an ambush for a convoy led by [[First Lieutenant]] [[Melissa McKay]] in which he put [[Type-25 Assault Gun Carriage|Wraith]] tanks and [[Type-25 Rapid Assault Vehicle]]s around three hills which McKay's columns of [[Warthog]]s and [[Scorpion Tank]]s had to travel through. He also had large forces of [[Kig-yar]] and [[Unggoy]] on the hills, as well as air support from at least twenty [[Type-26 Ground Support Aircraft]]. It seems that Noga 'Putumee shares the same family name as [[Ado 'Mortumee]]. It is unclear whether they were closely related or not, but it is unlikely, due to their deep hatred of each other.

Noga 'Putumee was a Covenant Sangheili Field Master. He wore the gold-colored armor of a Zealot. Though known for his bravery and leadership in the field, 'Putumee was also famous for his blunt, confrontational and paranoid ways.[1] His bravado in combat ultimately resulted in his death at the hands of Alpha Base's heavy armor detachment.

Biography[edit]

As a commander of ground forces within the Fleet of Particular Justice, he was stationed on Installation 04. 'Putumee was ordered to ambush the Humans as they drove convoys, from the crashed UNSC Cruiser UNSC Pillar of Autumn, to Alpha Base. He set up an ambush for a convoy led by First Lieutenant Melissa McKay in which he put Wraith tanks and Karo'etba-pattern Ghosts around three hills which McKay's columns of Warthogs and M808B Scorpions had to travel through. He also had large forces of Kig-yar and Unggoy on the hills, as well as air support from at least twenty Type-26 Banshee. The Council of Masters thought that this job was important enough that they sent Ado 'Mortumee to spy on the operation and write the report on its outcome.[1] In the middle of the fight, Ado 'Mortumee was killed after he was shot in the head by Lance Corporal "Snaky" Jones. 'Putumee narrowly dodged a second bullet aimed at himself.[2] His attempt to destroy the convoy failed, but he did do significant damage to the humans, at the expense of most of his soldiers and vehicles.
