The Mmmm Brains Medal is awarded for killing 10 players in a row as the Zombie without dying in an Infection gametype.
It is represented by a bronze medal with a skull. When someone gets this medal the announcer will announce "Mmmm... brains." in a low, eerie, and grim voice.
This medal is considered to be the most difficult to achieve because of the fact that when a Human dies, they become a zombie, therefore, it can only be obtained in a game with 11 or more players.
