Outpost C9 is a United Nations Space Command military base on the coast near Mombasa, Kenya on Earth. The base was created long ago, and was at one point occupied by NATO in the past.[1] It was recommissioned by the UNSC during the Battle of Earth, right after the New Mombasa slipspace event.[2]
