The UNSC Lamplighter was a starship of the UNSC Navy.[1]
Service history[edit]
In 2555, Lamplighter was one of the ships of the UNSC Home Fleet stationed at Earth, and was one of the vessels involved in the planet's defence during an attempted invasion by a massive Sentinel fleet commanded by 000 Tragic Solitude, the monitor of the Ark. As Retriever Sentinels poured out of the Excession portal and began to attack other nearby ships, Lamplighter's commanding officer remained frozen and refused to act. As such, the ship's executive officer (XO), Pedro Alvarez, mutinied and took control of the ship.[1]
