Plomp is an Unggoy asylum seeker residing in Sekibo District, Rio de Janeiro on Earth. He is presumably a former member of the Covenant, and, as of 2558, he is a chef at Peter's restaurant Rio Keep with the title of Grubmaster. Plomp was briefly mentioned in renowned chef and food critic Arturo Bustamante's biographical book Rendezvous with Ramen which includes an account of Bustamante's visit to Rio Keep.[1]
