The ECH-09 helmet, also known as Echo Nine is a helmet used by the Orbital Drop Shock Troopers.

Design details[edit]
The ECH-09 helmet is compatible with the TAC/RS/WILLOW-SE attachment, a repackaged PZY-955SSA Willow sensor and data recorder used by Army and Navy special forces.[2]
Development history[edit]
The Echo Nine helmet was manufactured by Cascade Stronghold Technologies in their fallback facilities in the Sol system.[1]
Usage[edit]
The ECH-09 helmet first saw use with ODST reaction forces assigned with the defense of Mars in 2552.[1]

Halo Infinite[edit]
The Echo Nine helmet made its debut in Halo Infinite during 2025's Spring Update, releasing with the Frontlines Operation as part of the operation's Premium Battle Pass. After the end of the Frontlines Operation, the helmet was released as part of the "Echo Nine" Bundle on the Legacy Operation on June 2025.
