The Beekeepers were a human civilian courier group active in London, Britain on Earth during the Human-Covenant War. The group was run by Holden Agryna and his daughter Laurette. During the invasion of the planet by the Covenant in October 2552, the Beekeepers were contracted to assist in transporting key assets and personnel offworld.[1]
During the fighting in London, Laurette was saved from a pack of Jiralhanae warriors by the the arrival of several Spartan supersoldiers, inspiring her to eventually join up herself.[2] Although now a senior commander, Laurette keeps a stencil of the Beekeepers' logo on her MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor.[3]
Trivia[edit]
The name and logo of the Beekeepers are a nod to the i love bees alternate reality game. It is currently clear to what degree these subjects are canonically connected.
