Papa Foxtrot 766 was a UNSC D79-TC Pelican Pelican dropship attached to the UNSC Infinity.[2]
Operational history
During the operation to take out the particle cannons Papa Foxtrot 766 and two other Pelicans served as targeting Pelicans. The three Pelicans were moving into position, when Commander Palmer warned 766 that it was in range of the cannons. 766 ignored the warning and continued toward the cannon, after ignoring a second warning the cannon fired, destroying two of the Pelicans and damaging the third.
