The Ministry of Relative Reconciliation was a ministerial body of the Covenant. Following the ratification of the Writ of Union, the Ministry was headed by Qurlom as the Minister of Relative Reconciliation. Given its name, the Ministry's purpose was most likely diplomatic. Ussa 'Xellus' rebellion on Sanghelios resulted in Qurlom convening with several other ministers and the Sangheili treaty commission to discuss the quelling of the uprising.[1]
