Joel Thomas is a SPARTAN-IV supersoldier.
Biography[edit]
Thomas was a sergeant before becoming a SPARTAN-IV. In early 2553, he was among the first recruits to join the SPARTAN-IV Program. During a training exercise he and Spartan Yeong-hao Holst were disabled by stun rounds. After Spartan Sarah Palmer completed the objective, Jun-A266 berated them for nearly losing to the Marines. He agreed with Spartan Vladimir Scruggs that they would have beaten twice as many soldiers had they had Spartan armor.
