Ik'Novus, also known as Ik'Novus the Devourer was a sadistic Jiralhanae Chieftain in service of the Banished. He was one of the most experienced members of the Banished.[1]

Biography

He served in the Covenant during the later part of the Human-Covenant War. Specifically in the Battle of Jericho VII under the command of Thrallslayer. His sadistic nature during this time led him to qcquire the title Ik'Novus the Devourer. It was also during this time that he rose to the rank of Chieftain. The pack he led under this title was called Warial's Wrath.

As Chieftain, he continued to lay waste to Human settlements even after the breaking of the Covenant.

Ik'Novus and Warial's Wrath joined the Banished in 2550. After this he expended from merely Human settlements and began to indiscriminately target any species or faction that stood in his way.

He finally took part in the Installation 07 conflict, during late 2559 and 2560. He was finally killed by the Master Chief after his previous actions and sadistic nature caused him to be identified as a High Value Target by The Weapon.[2][1]

Personality

Ik'Novus had a violent and bloodthristy nature. This led to a penchant for eating the severed limbs of his opponents while they watched in agony.

Equipment

Ik'Novus carries a Modified Skewer, called a Volatile Skewer.
