A '''fish''' is any member of a paraphyletic group of organisms that consist of all gill-bearing aquatic craniate animals that lack limbs with digits. Different types of fish exist on [[Human colonies|human-occupied worlds]], [[Sanghelios]], and [[Forerunner]] installations, and there were even [[Covenant koi|fish]] on [[High Charity]] before it fell. An [[ice shark]] is a type of shark found in the waters of [[Draco III]].


These are species of fish native to [[Earth]] around [[Voi]] and most likely all around Africa. They are possibly Bass or Tiger Fish.

In the level ''[[Regret (Halo 2 level)|Regret]]'' in ''[[Halo 2]]'', fish are able to swim through and inside the underwater gondola.


These fish can be found on the [[Halo 3]] level ''[[Sierra 117 (Level)|Sierra 117]]'', at the chapter '''''Charlie Foxtrot''''', where the [[Pelicans]] are attacked by [[Covenant Loyalist]] [[Banshees]]. You can also see them on your radar at the main dam (rally point beta). If a player jumps in the [[water]], that person may walk around and see them. They will appear as small yellow dots on your [[radar]] screen, similar to allies but smaller.

It is possible to kill them; if you do, they float to the surface and then drift to shore before eventually respawning. Throwing a [[grenade]] in the water will result in the whole "school" of them dying and floating to the surface.

They are obviously different from the type of [[Fish (High Ground species)|fish]] seen at ''[[High Ground (Level)|High Ground]]'', as they are much larger, differently colored, and lack the odd snout that the ''[[Fish (High Ground habitat)|High Ground]]'' species appears to have.

A fish is any member of a paraphyletic group of organisms that consist of all gill-bearing aquatic craniate animals that lack limbs with digits. Different types of fish exist on human-occupied worlds, Sanghelios, and Forerunner installations, and there were even fish on High Charity before it fell. An ice shark is a type of shark found in the waters of Draco III.

In the level Regret in Halo 2, fish are able to swim through and inside the underwater gondola.

In Halo 3, fish appear as yellow blips on the player's heads-up display.[1]
