The Gao Ministry of Protection (GMoP) is an executive department within the planetary government of Gao, a human colony. The ministry dealt with the investigation of crimes on Gao. Veta Lopis and Angel Miramontis worked for the Gao Ministry of Protection as a Special Inspector.[2]
History
In 2526, a clerk for the Ministry of Protection, Arlo Casille, was running half of the Gao Liberation Force from his office.[3]
In 2553, a series of murders took place in the Montero Cave System on Gao, which was occupied by the United Nations Space Command at the time. Special Inspector Veta Lopis claimed that these crimes happened under Ministry jurisdiction and worked with the UNSC Judge Advocate General's Corps to investigate.[4]
