Decided Heart was a Sangheili Base World, where Ripa 'Moramee's clan had settled. 'Moramee attempted a coup against his own clan leader, leading loyal forces in an attempt to assassinate the clan's leadership. This attempt failed, and he was tried and imprisoned for his crimes.
