The 340th ODST Combat Training Unit was a UNSC Marine Corps unit featured in the Halo Graphic Novel. [1]
Background
The 340th was assigned to the Special Warfare Center in Songnam of the Kyonggi Province in Korea. They provide realistic training exercises for Marine, Marine ODST, and other Special Operation units.
Trivia
- They have provided realistic operational testing for new and modified weapons systems.
- The 340th CTU is also attached to the UNSC Operational Test and Evaluation Center (UNSCOTEC).
