At the planet Oban in Visper System, John was in UEG TIER 2 Waste Salvage Colony where they were gathering and separating metal and plastic. The children were like in force labor camp and guarded by mean adult soldiers with guns and tasers sticks. John was very young boy hiding with his girl friend, Mackee. He was reading called Dawn of Angels to Mackee girl at this point of time. They were both dreaming of a great forest and high mountains. While reading the book, he made an innocent romantic move on her. They were found by the mean soldiers who chase them. They beat John to unconscious (seemingly) and they were tasering Mackee back so severly burnt her upper back. With the battle space ship, Covenant show up looking for the Blessed One, and they found Mackee and saved her from the tasering. The Convent agree that she is the Blessed one and took her.[3]
