"Unlike the other normal Marines who can be infected into the Flood Combat Form when attacked by Infection Form, John Forge was not affected by Infection at all and even he's down, he still can't be infected. This has the similarity of Johnson's Boren Syndrome which gaves immunity against the Flood infection. This was because he's a Hero Unit at the gameplay."
