Forerunner's "Joke Section"

It started as a little joke by RR, but now it's getting out of hand. See here. I'm fine with a little joke on someone's userpage, I'll even tolerate numerous copies of it once we know what's going on, but now he's putting innappropriate jokes at the bottom of his page. The first one is just stupid and not funny, but the other one is offensive in more ways than one:

1. Promotes bestiality,
2. Insults British army, as bin Laden would be caught if he was in Wales, and
3. Insults Muslims, saying that bin Laden can do whatever he wants with them.

I am requesting that this childish nonsense be removed, and, if this kind of stuff from Forerunner continues, that he be given a temporary ban to let him see what's wrong with his actions. G^üé_ߣ^¥-∏_éҐ^∫ø_ñ¥-^†ħ_îИ^g¥ 18:32, 18 March 2007 (UTC)

I think you should confront him about how you find it offensive. Since it is on his own userpage, we do not yet have a developed policy for userpage content that is not fanon. -ED 19:18, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

Ok. It doesn't make sense that Wikia would just erase the Forum software completely, I'm sure there is some way to keep the Forum header. -ED 20:36, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

It's not embedded - it is modifyable. Hello sir! I come hear with an anti vandal Idea: create Halopedia's own version of this page:

Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism

Like that people could post warnings about vandals during an attack for further warning to others and possible assistance to you, without taking up your talk page space. We already have one user group, Halopedia: Anti Vandal Coalition, which fights vandalsim. Administrators are part of that group and keep a close eye on vandalism from there. -ED 21:06, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

Okay, two pieces of information:

1. Please add the following to MediaWiki:Monobook.css:

span.mw-plusminus-pos {color: #006400;} 
span.mw-plusminus-neg {color: #8B0000;} 
span.mw-plusminus-neg { color: #FF0000; font-weight: bold;} 

It's regarding recent changes and is useful, I assure you.

2. I'm still looking into forum problem. I believe that it's a joint MediaWiki/our coding problem. The code that I implanted into the forum page to make new forum pages may have something to do with it...I'll investigate further. =D

Dear Administrator,

As you are probably aware, there are substantial problems with the forums - new topics are not listed on the main forum page. This is a problem occuring on other Wikis as well, which I am trying to rectify if it is a local problem, and which Wikia, Inc. will correct if it is a MediaWiki problem.

Also, please enter:

User:RelentlessRecusant/Sitenotice

Into MediaWiki:Sitenotice. I have done a large amount of research on MediaWiki v1.9, which we have just upgraded to last night, and am just detailing the ramifications of the upgrade and also announcing the forum breakdown.
