Talk:Installation 09

From Halopedia, the Halo wiki

Rename[edit]

I propose we rename this to "Anders Halo" as thats what the mission briefings in Halo Wars 2 call it. Sure its a replacement of Installation 04, but having an name directly mentioned in game certainly is better than using something not mentioned at all.-CIA391 (talk) 08:05, 21 February 2017 (EST)

Anders' Halo, but yes, I agree.Japeth555 (talk) 08:06, 21 February 2017 (EST)Japeth555
I disagree, that name doesn't really seem right.-JJAB91 (talk) 8:26, 21 February 2017 (EST)
Because the game calls it that.—This unsigned comment was made by 162.234.136.110 (talkcontribs). Please sign your posts with ~~~~

"Anders' Halo" works, but I prefer the current title for the sake of consistency. Granted, it's never been officially named as such, but given the way "Installation 08" establishes a rather clear pattern, it's not too much of a stretch IMO to label the next one in line according to the same format. --Jugus (talk) 09:27, 21 February 2017 (EST)

How about creating a redirect? Keeping the term Installation 04, but having a redirect under the name Anders' Halo might help for folks searching it under that name. After all, if they are not familiar with its numerical designation, they will inevitably, search for it under the name in-game. We can also add that as a second term in the article itself like: Installation 04 (or reffered to as Anders' Halo). I know I am not exactly experienced enough here to contribute anything valuable to the wiki yet, but, just spitballing some ideas you guys might take into consideration. :) stickArcmind Execute long hold for reactivation. stick AI-COM/ACMD SIGNOFF 09:36, 21 February 2017 (EST)
Naturally, a redirect (or more) would be maintained in either case. --Jugus (talk) 10:16, 21 February 2017 (EST)

I disagree, as this title follows the previously established naming convention (04B).--Spartacus TalkContribs 17:06, 21 February 2017 (EST)
