• "UNSC" is misspelled as "USNC" in one instance within the transmission; presumably, this is due to an editing error or oversight.
• This transmission shares its designation with a transmission sent by Vice Admiral Ysionris Jeromi to Doctor Catherine Halsey on March 9, 2525. It is unknown if this is merely coincidental, suggests a connection between the two, or is simply a mistake on the part of the author.
  • Interestingly, in the French edition of Halo: The Fall of Reach, this transmission shares its designation with UNSC Emergency Priority Order 098831A-1. This is likely an editorial error.
