Medal Completionist is an achievement in Halo: The Master Chief Collection. It is unlocked by completing 10,000 campaign or playlist medals, and serves as the final medal accumulation achievement. The achievement is worth 20 Gamerscore, and unlocks the Master Chief 4 avatar.
