Jenkins was a Captain in the UNSC Marine Corps, where they served with Battle Group Phi during the Harvest Campaign in 2531.[1]

Harvest Campaign[edit]
On February 4, 2531 during the Harvest Campaign, Battle Group Phi took part in an engagement against an Covenant armored force near Harvest's northern pole. Near the engagements completion, Jenkins debriefed Captain James Cutter on the engagement in BATTLE GROUP PHI DEBRIEF-0820039, noting it was unusual that the Covenant were committing forces without any logistical support.[1]
Production Notes[edit]
Given the name similarity and the fact that Harvest was the home planet of Private Wallace Jenkins, there is speculation that Captain Jenkins might have been related to him. This has never been elaborated on, however, and may have just been intended as a passing reference to the more famous character.
