Career[edit]
Giovanna Kaiser would come to work with Dr. Catherine Halsey and Dr. Graham Alban as part of Halsey's artificial intelligence ambitions. Kaiser and Alban would do foundational work that would lead to the creation of Cortana. The first clone generated to create Cortana, Chloe Hall, was extracted by ONI without Halsey's knowledge. Kaiser would be aware of this.[1]
In 2532,[2] Alban would take his own life. Kaiser would continue the research they were both working on after his passing. She would acquire the security code to unlock information on Hall's whereabouts buried in Alban's AI, Black-Box.[1]
Death and legacy[edit]
Kaiser would be killed during the Fall of Reach. After the battle, the UNSC would find her notes in her research lab on the world.[1]
In 2559, the UNSC would make use of all of this information to find Hall on Cascade and eventually try and take control of the Domain.[1]
