Medal icon for Halo 5: Guardians.

Fastball is a medal in Halo 5: Guardians and Halo Infinite multiplayer for killing an enemy with the impact of a thrown grenade.

In other words, this is specifically when the enemy dies from the force of the grenade hitting them, not from the actual explosion.
