Epsilon Eridani IV was a human colony world located in the Epsilon Eridani system. UNSC Marine John Forge once served on this world during the Insurrection before his assignment to Fort Marshall.[1][Note 1]

- ^ This planet has been mentioned only once in the Halo canon. As such, it is unclear whether it is actually a planet of its own or simply the astronomical designation for one of the other known colonies in the Epsilon Eridani system.
