Captain B. Wallace was a pilot in the United Nations Space Command. During Outpost Discovery events, he piloted D77 Pelican dropship Delta 331 in a simulated transfer between the Orion-class assault carrier UNSC Fifth Winter and ground station Station-Bravo-Lima.[1]
