Alan Avis was a Unified Earth Government spokesman and ambassador to Eridanus II.[1]
Biography[edit]
By 2495, Avis had become a UEG ambassador to Eridanus II. He would make a statement about the cultural exchange program ongoing between Earth and the Outer Colonies. This statement received some criticism as being a naive PR campaign from some. It would also take place prior to the boarding of the Loaded for Bear which was on the way to Eridanus II with several paintings.[1]
